Introduction

11 Plus At Ease is a UK-based platform that provides mock exams and practice tests to support children in preparing for the 11 Plus entrance exam. All services are offered and managed online and through selected in-person venues.

1. Account Eligibility

• Only parents or legal guardians may register and manage accounts.
• Children under 13 should not register independently.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide.
• Each booking must be made for a named student in your account.

2. Services Provided

• In-person and online mock exams
• Free and paid practice tests
• Performance reports and analytics
• Review log

3. Bookings and Exam Sessions

• You may book a mock exam only after creating an online account.
• Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance via the website.
• Confirmation emails will be sent upon successful booking. If not received within 2 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.
• Emergency contact details must be provided and kept up to date.
• The exam is split into two sessions, each containing two papers.
• The total duration will be around 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 20-minute break between sessions.

4. Changes and Cancellations

• In-person mock exam bookings can be cancelled by emailing us, up to 5 days prior. After that, bookings are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable.
• Online mocks are refundable only if not yet started.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• We do not store card or payment details.
• All prices are displayed clearly before checkout.

6. Conduct and Communication

• Verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour towards staff or examiners will not be tolerated. Offenders will be removed without refund.
• Ensure accurate emergency contact and medical information is provided. This is essential for health, safety, and safeguarding.
• Parents must ensure that a responsible adult is available for drop-off and collection.

7. Exam Materials and Feedback

• Exam results are available online in your platform account.
• All results are automatically aggregated into your child’s performance analytics.
• You will receive a full online performance report, with breakdowns by subject, topic, and subtopic.
• All mistakes are logged in your child’s review log, allowing you to track recurring errors and target weak areas.
• No physical papers will be returned, but you will be able to view all questions, your child’s answers, and the correct answers directly within the platform.

8. Performance Disclaimer

• Mock results are a guide and do not guarantee real 11 Plus outcomes.
• We make no warranties regarding expected exam scores.

10. Intellectual Property
